The largest networking event for the organic food industry awaits you from February 10-13, 2026, at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center: BIOFACH – the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food – bringing together players from all over the world, a diverse congress programme and the latest product trends.

Around 35,000 trade visitors and more than 2,200 exhibitors from the organic food sector will transform BIOFACH into a unique marketplace of the organic world for four days. Here, you can experience organic in all its facets – from agricultural production and innovative manufacturing to retail and out-of-home market.

Under the theme Growing Tomorrow: Young Voices, Bold Visions, BIOFACH 2026 will focus on the next organic generation – young changemakers who are shaping the future of organic with fresh ideas, bold visions and clear demands. Heart of the trade fair: BIOFACH Congress

Four days full of knowledge sharing, exchange and inspiration – the big BIOFACH Congress showcases the diversity of the organic sector, both on-site and digitally. Look forward to discussions, expert presentations and best practices in various forums:

BIOFACH is the stage for future concepts, offering space for creative and innovative ideas. The Novelty Stand and guided trend tours provide insights into the most important market developments. More than 2,200 exhibitors from around the world will demonstrate at BIOFACH how organic can be shaped sustainably along the entire value chain. The focus is on innovative products, sustainable processes and solutions for the retail sector. The diversity ranges from raw materials and processed foods to the latest product innovations.

BIOFACH are restricted exclusively to trade visitors. This is the only way we can ensure the event’s competence as the world’s leading exhibition, the quality of the products and services offered and the success of your visit.

Your trade visitor status must therefore be proved when purchasing your entrance ticket.

Private persons do not have access to the exhibition. This includes all persons who are not employed in the branches stated.

A business document which clearly indicates that the company trades in goods exhibited at BIOFACH, e.g. business registration, business card, an extract from the commercial register or a recent supplier invoice.
Employment contract or salary statement which confirm that a position in a related branch is currently held. Confidential information can be blackened out.
Employees can prove their eligibility with written confirmation from their employer on letterheaded paper stating that they are to visit the exhibition on behalf of the company
Service companies need to submit a written personal invitation from an exhibiting company.
